Grade 4 Teacher
DARIUS HEDAYATI
Kia ora! My name is Darius and I am a primary teacher from Auckland, New Zealand. On top of being from a land far down under, I have mixed Filipino and Persian heritage. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Teaching from the University of Auckland. Previously, I have taught as a classroom teacher at a central Auckland school, teaching age groups ranging from 6-10. I am very grateful to return to a familiar classroom setting, where I can build relationships and foster student success! In my spare time, I enjoy anything to do with sport - playing it, watching it live, or on TV! I see myself also as a bit of trivia nut, and love a pub quiz night too.
